The whole thing is that Justus is right, and it IS your fault. It is very important that you know what the details of your banks check cashing and clearing policies are. Ignorance of a detail does not make you exempt from the repercussions. That is a tough way to learn a lesson.

if the "hey send $1800 of the money to here" didn't raise a red flag, you had it coming....

you can get a checking account at different banks, you just have to use a bank that doesn't use "chexsystems"

i already bit the bullet and paid it. and i opened an account at 1st bank a far better and more friendly bank that cares about its customer. And yeah, my bad i dont watch the news and i didnt post the add on craigs list. i was just told from my dad(who posted the add) that he found some one to buy my rims, i didnt know or bother to ask who. my bad.
