        seems like because of the number of attempts on various sites to access accounts from that IP that it is a computer running a few scripts. i would recommend that all users update their anti-malware software and run it just to make sure nothing is on their local computers. also, make sure your firewall is running properly. do an audit to make sure some program isn't allowed access to the internet that shouldn't have it.

        highly likely that the person is trying to brute force the passwords. to help minimize any affect, try to use different passwords for different logins. that way if they get one login of yours accessed, they don't have access to any others.
