Anyone here love to run the gnar and boof big, burly holes? This means, "Who likes to kayak on raging whitewater?" Just seeing if anyone else here gets their kicks the same way I do. I seriously cannot wait much longer for the warm weather to permanently arrive. My favorite river is the Green River Narrows, in Saluda, North Carolina. It's got a little a bit of everything and then some.

Sounds like a blast i have been rafting befor but never ran the rapids in a kayak. I guess i have to add something else to my list this summer. -
i have done white water rafting but not on a kayak. last time i went it was down the american river, lots of fun. there were a few guys going on kayak and some even going down on those big inflatable pool toys for kids. on kayak i would thing you need to know how to handle one really good, like doing a eskimo roll and how to get in and out of one in the middle of the river. you should get to Costa Rica for some white water.Comment
