1. Woz is an awesome guy, very well respected in the Valley. He also loves to troll the tech press community.
2. Man, Google has a cool campus.
3. MAXIMUM TROLLING in the comments - I'd only give it a 3/10, but the "no minorities in this photo" comment really stirred the pot.
3a: 3/10 because this is timed around a kerfluffle from a big Peninsula VC comments about a lack of diversity it tech. The money lines were, not direct quote, 'I'd give money to a black entrepreneur with a good idea if I could find one" and "you need a white guy to be the face" (said to an Indian female).
3b: The idea that there is not diversity in tech in Silicon Valley is patently ridiculous. I grew up here, and I've worked in tech for close to 10 years. If anything, as a generic white guy, I'm the minority. Tech in particular is very diverse, tons of Asian* folks.
*all of Asia as a continent, not "Chinese"God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes. -
Woz goes Android huh?
Well lets see, I am sure he has at least both I pads, They guy is one of those really smart guys that knows when something is a good product/system and like to see what everyone else is doing. Hey it cool with me that he has a Galaxy just one more piece to add to his collection. After all whats the point of doing something if you are so closed minded that you can't appreciate the work of others?
