Those puff pastry shells are awesome. I like to put amaretto-masserated berries and amaretto zabaglione in them. It's one of my favorite desserts to make. But, it's a lot of work. It would be even more work if I made the puff pastry myself, though. That's something you only do once if you have pre-made puff pastry available.
