SVTs are tight
Hey Heat, and other Ford enthusiasts, what's your take on the SHO??? A lot of big headed SHO owners have been saying some pretty outlandish things. "Faster than the stang" and my favorite "Ford engineering at it's best." Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the SHO engine designed, and built in Japan?Shoot it like you stole it!

But Chevy Z28/ Pontiac Trans AM own Mustangs(maybe not the '02 Cobras though)...
Ford has never been able to keep up with Chevy/Pontiac. The WS6 Tran AM owns all!

Yea but u see my mom is like a foreign car nazi and i was brought up to believe american cars suck...and i kinda believed it, then when i started driving my dads exporer and my moms toyota sienna....i could tell quite the different(perhaps it was subconscious and i made myself think one was better, because i believed one was.) But all i know is so far the american cars i have driven, arent anything exceptional, my grandfather's new mercedes, now that thing, thats power, he could go 160 and i am 99% sure the car wouldnt be damaged in any way...(im gonna get flamed big time for this one)Comment

The only thing better than a big american V8 is a big german V8. I'll stay with my Porsche 928 thank you (and my BMW 740i). If I really have to pick an american car I'm go with an AMC. They at least have something resembling engineering going on even if they do fall apart in a year or two.Comment
