You guys really should check out some of Stevie Ray Vaughan's less traditional music. Nothing relaxes me like "Life by the Drop" or SRV's version of "Little Wing." In fact when I am playing paintball sometimes I hear a little of each in my head, although System of a Down's "Toxicity" finds it's way into my brain everytime the ref yells ten seconds.

yeah the new system of a down cd is good, it's more of getting in the mood of playing paintball though. to mellow out i usually listen to mighty mighty bosstones, sublime, mad caddies, some hendrix, deftones

Toxicity is a great song. I think its their best. I also find myself humming a sum 41 song, or something of the like on the field.. any song on Seven Mary Three's CD: Economy Of Sound are great just to chill out..

To get into the mood of paintball I throw on AC/DC, Motley Crue, Kottonmouth Kings, System of a Down, or Slipknot. To chill I throw on VAST, or Tool.

check out anything by Elliot Smith, the Eels, Mazzy Starr, any Beastie Boys instrumentals, or Money Mark. Great chill music.

And if you're adventurous, check out Cibo Matto.

Josh WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T LIKE COUNTRY MUSIC Isn't it a sin to live here (Tennessee) and not like it That is all I listen to and sing on the field, as you witnessed last weekend. I am going to bring a juke box and crank the sucker up at the practice on nothing but 103.3 and 95.5 all day long. You better get used to it
