Issues to connect to AO

Hi guys,

Did you made changes on the site ?

I can't reach AO from a computer connected to internet either at work or at home.

I can only access the site from my phone or connecting my computer to my phone and use my phone as modem.

The problem is the same whatever the provider I tried (I tried with the 2 most important here in France).

Negative. We've made no IP filtering changes at all. In fact, I turned OFF the IP filtering for our Spam blocker software.

I have the same problem, and exactly the same symptoms.

I found a way to circumvent that but I'm not really liking it as permanent solution. (using firefox proxy addon Anonymox)

I have the same. cant connect to Automags.org and Airgunsdesignusa.com from my work computer or girlfriends computer. Hmm everyone of us is from outside the states???

Yes.

Though I can connect from work. I know that we use Swedish isp.

I can also get all the way to AO's hosting service provider but the final step to the actual server times out.

I hope the problem will be solved soon !

For information, I tried with IE, firefox nd chrome on my computer for the same result.
The problem is the same on my ipad with safari.

So this problem seems to be with members in Europe so far, France, Finland, Sweden.

Anybody in the US or Canada having similar issues?

The issue is the same with airgun designs.
Not MCB.
Could it be a server problem ?

Keep the information coming. We can forward all of this to the hosting company to see what is going on.

The situation has degraded for me over the night. Today I haven't been able to connect trough my phone or at work. This firefox proxy add-on is now the only thing that works. It seems to have also stopped all the email updates I get for subscribed threads.

I've to use the firefox proxy addon Anonymox. And I don't like it !

It could mean that there's now an IP filtering or origin filtering system.

That's logic.
I emaied you because at this moment I could only reach a cache archive on chrome, and it was the only way to get in touch with you.
I hope it didn't caused issues.
