little update :
Connection recovered with my phone, not with my ipad and not from a computer without Anonymox addon.

From the hosting company:

Connectivity should work for the IPs mentioned below now. Those IPs fall within a range that got automatically blocked by our systems due to malicious activity against our servers occurring from IPs within that range. We removed the block earlier today, so the affected users should be able to access the sites again.

I pulled your IP address from the VBulletin forum software (we capture that stuff). I'll PM that to you and you can verify that it's right.

Phone is going to be more problematic - IP addresses can change on those quite a bit. Can you use WiFi to connect or are you stuck using the mobile wireless network?

I can use it in wifi at home and have to test it at work tomorrow. I do most of my AO reading during the commute which is mobile data only.

Have him to go "whatismyip.com" and get that IP address. I'll send it up the chain.

Also, ask him if he resides in another country or not. And if so, which one?

iPhone 5s. I can check what's my ip on it if that helps.
