My condolences to the one who has lost... Sorry dude, If I lost my F4, I'd cry, but that's not because I'm losing a favored piece of metal but that I worked hours upon hours (for $5 per) breaking blisters on my hands to earn it... And to lose it to a lazy person would make me a lil upset... People oughta do better towards each other, but all I can say is that we suck.

You might be able to get some money from it through homeowner's insurance. My friend just had his PS2 stolen and the insurance company is reimbursing him for it.

Son - he can't sue in small claims unless there was damage to the house or such. The perp, if caught, however could most certainly be charged in criminal court on b&e, unlawful entry and a whole host of other charges.
