Okay I'll admit, that since super penguin isn't one of the choices (even though he should be) I had to vote for #3... Now before I start get getting flamed for my choice, let me tell you why. He looks like me after a night at the bar: red eyes, a blank stare into nothing, and some really, REALLY funky hair.
But since I don't think that #3 is going to win I'll side with those of you wanting #2, only because I agree with the fact that he looks drunk and has a "I need to fart, I can feel the fart, and I want to fart, but I can't fart" look on his face. (wow that's the most number of times I've ever used the word "fart" in on sentence)

The only one of two things is fierce about that penguin, and neither one is his look. It's either going to be his vicious gas when he decides to let the fart loose, or his breath if he breathes on you(fish and beer not a fresh smelling combination).

And as for the "Hello Kitty" vs. "Super Penguin", my money is on "Super Penguin" to kick "Hello Kitty's" butt from here to the end of the internet and back. That's assuming that there's a neutral referee such as "Tyrone" to keep the "Hello Kitty" from pulling any cheap shots.
