OMG, I downloaded their whole new unrealeased album(Kazaa Rules!!!) and omg, all I can say is they are soooo different. Its not korn anymore, its a mix of Godsmack, Adema, Linkin Park and Blink 182 its horrible. I liked Korn Because of their uniqunes but thats just gone out the window, it lost the evil, dark, scaryness... its like marilyn manson singing opera. Any fans of Korn, will be dissapointed... anyone else hear their new songs?

I used to LOVE Korn about 4 years ago...when no one liked them. I got iffy about them with Follow the leader.... and I didnt even bother buying that last stupid album. They totally SOLD OUT to the RADIO!!! I hope that album flops, but it wont cause of 14 year old kids who dont know any better. This is why I turn to listening to Christian rock. Their massage is good and I garentee they wont sell out....

Definate suckage. KORN and Life is peachy, after that it kinda slid way down. Same with Limp bizkit, 3 dollar ya'll and alittle of Significant other was good. So I'll stick with the tried and true TOOL.Comment

I think it is so funny when people say that bands sell out to the radio. They are releasing music for others enjoyment and are trying to spread the word around. If it wasn't for the radio several years ago playing Korn I wouldn't of gone to the Family Values tour and found out about Bizkit when I did. Just cause they are gaining popularity doesn't mean they sold out to the radio. Just cause they change their sound doesn't mean they are different. I don't know about you guys but when I hear stuff that every song sounds the same I get bored listening to them. In my opinion I like the new Korn song. I've liked Korn since I first heard them and nothing has changed. I'll admit they are changing in some ways but if you don't keep up with the times you may be forgotten. I for one have not heard the whole cd yet but what I've heard on KROQ it is sweet. Also TOOL changed their music since Opiate. I'm a huge fan of TOOL and I noticed as soon as I got Lateralus that it wasn't like Aenima or Undertow. Still kicked butt though. I also find it rather amuzing when people like bands til they are mainstream. Such as Linkin Park. I saw them back before there cd came out and they put on one hell of a show and plus I got all their autographs. Now I talk to some people that said they liked them back then but not now and I just laugh cause it is the same music they are just 100x bigger. Anyways. I don't think Korn has sold out. It almost sounds like their fans are selling out though. Just my opinions and hopefully no flame wars come out of it.

New bands usually make great music, but once they start to see some cash, they make radio friendly music for the mainstreamers (hence, cheesy music). Korns new songs MIGHT be good...but not good to Korn standards....Good to N'sync fan standards. Tool and Fear Factory are a few bands that stay true to hard rock even if they sold alot of records.

I've heard one of their new songs, it is indeed a new kind of "suck." I had their first CD and follow the leader, but after I started playing guitar, I stopped liking them. I gave the Korn CD away and threw the Follow the Leader CD on a log in a campfire, it melted all over it, very cool.
