well, if your trying to open the images from your hard drive, in IE click File, Open, A small window should open up, click 'Browse' and find the image on your hard drive and click 'OK' and you should open up the image in IE, hope this helps.

Ive got windows ME and this is how it works for me. If you right click on the picture you can select OPEN WITH> and it should give you a few choices, and if IE isn't there you can go down to CHOOSE PROGRAM. Obviously you would choose IE, now i believe there is a check box that asks, ALWAYS USE THIS PROGRAM?, and if that is your desire, check away.

If you are using any other Windows OS (95, 98, NT, etc). If you do not see the "Open With" you can hold down the left shift key and then right click on the file. This will bring up the "Open With" menu option. You can then follow the directions above.
