    Hip hip hooray!
This is already in process of being appealed to SCOTUS, it will be overturned.

Merchan and his daughter will need lawyers when its all said and done and so will Jack Smith, Leticia James, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis.

They all think they got away with their scam lawfare but their day is coming.....

What do you think they could appeal for? He had a fair trial. He failed to prove his innocence. And he got the greatest possible outcome. He is guilty without consequences.

So what did Merchan and his daughter do that was against the law? The same goes for Bragg, Willis, Smith and James? What crimes did they do? Try and prosecute someone who broke the law?

Just because foxnews tells you it is lawfare, doesn't mean a damned thing. If a man is innocent, he has nothing to fear, in the eyes of law.

Oh wow. Only if trump's high paid lawyers had seen this then they could have had the case thrown out of court....

So that tells me that either the lawyers are morons, that they could have made this all go away, earlier than it has, or maybe, just maybe a youtuber needs to spend more than 5 minutes trying to understand what it takes 8 years of law school, plus actual application of the law to understand.

At no point did trump not get his chance to prove his innocence, or at least prove that he was not guilty. Just because you don't like it, doesn't make the simple fact that he committed those crimes, he was convicted of those crimes, and he was sentenced for those crimes. He is a felon, and he still somehow became president. It boggles the mind, but a fact is a fact.

Here's a fact. That conviction probably helped him to win the election.
Trump possibly foresaw that, and intentionally let it happen to show the public what extremes the Dems were willing to go to in order to interfere with Trumps campaign.
A calculated tactic. Draw the opponent as far out in the open as possible by losing a battle, then win the war.
Now that sentencing is done, the case can go to appeals court, possibly the Supreme Court. If the case is overturned (as seems likely) it could result in Trump pressing charges of his own.

That aside, what about the fires in L.A.? Intentional, or no? I heard they claimed to have captured one man suspected of arson.
Personally, I can't see it as anything but a perfect storm of poor preparation and misguided management ~ underestimating the power of Nature combined with human stupidity.
But there's this one nagging portion of my thoughts. Why now? It just feels calculated. Like another bit of (literally) scorched earth for Trump to deal with.
Can California actually rebuild L.A. in 42 months? That's the timeline. Or are they just trying to make room for the 2028 Summer Olympics?
I'm willing to bet the I.O.C. is already looking at different venues in other countries.

Ok, we will take this in 2 parts.

A fact is not an opinion. Just from the simple fact that you said "probably " means that even you can't say for sure. There are a multitude of different factors, and you can't say with a definitive answer that that, was the one thing that pushed people over.

But one thing that you can say is a fact, is that IF Trump doesn't mind, why are most of thr Maga faithful wanting to have the charges expunged? Likewise, he has no basis to appeal anything, as he had tried already to do, and those appeals were thrown out.

And again, no one broke any laws in the prosecutions that already went forward. That has already been appealed and those charges stood. If they were legitimate, then Trump would not have had his days in court. The law doesn't let you undo a bad judgement against you just because.

Just about all cities that host the Olympics all agree upon, how bad the games are for them. Who gives a rats bum about the Olympics now? How about we bury the dead and see if these fires were started by an arsonist? Let's find out how and where the problems were in this and fix thrm so thry won't happen again?

And I know that the left has sited global warming, which just turns off your ears, but according to my sources, the area in which the fires started, hhad drastically low rainfall. Meaning that the area was dry. No amount of preparation can prevent that. Likewise crying about how or why not the underbush wasn't cleared. That takes money, money that people like you don't want to spend. Kinda like when Texas got that blizzard and the grid failed, even though Abbott was told to winterize the power system and failed.

Gotta ask here. I've two examples that make me wonder...

Are these true? Are they fact? Does abnegation of debt owed to the gov actually help pay off the debt owed by the gov?

Yes. If the debt is held by someone, that someone can then wave that debt away. Kinda like loaning your campaign money, then using that money for anything but the campaign, so you get the benefits of that loan through taxes, but don't have to pay it back, cause it never left you.

Also, no comment on the deep fake. It is always obvious when they show a democrat fake, as everyone knows, democrats when they lie, their lips don't move. Think it has something to do with all the adrinochrome that the top democrats inject themselves with, as part of the illuminati.

Been drinking, have we? At least try to make some sense.
The Government has no money of its own, only what they steal from citizens. It was taxpayers money footing the bill for those loans, not Joe Biden.
It's just people like you and I that hold that debt and I for one don't wish to waive it away.
By analogy, say you loan me money expecting me to pay you back. In swoops Joe and tells you I don't have to pay any more. Happy now?

The Government has no money of its own tell that to the Federal Reserve, but if trump does do something stupid like go crypto currency, which means nothing backs it, then thr governmentwill not have any money, only what they steal from citizens. those are called taxes. Are you fully off the grid, cause that is what pays for electricity, water, your roads, etc. It was taxpayers money footing the bill for those loans, not Joe Biden. stupid debt is not from the government, unless they are. But student debt is from private financial institutions, as well as government programs.
It's just people like you and I that hold that debt and I for one don't wish to waive it away. no, it doesn't work that way. But you have a voice and a vote, and you voted against someone going against your wishes, and surprise, they are no longer in office. So this waving of debt will stop in less than a week. You will just have to suck it up till then
By analogy, say you loan me money expecting me to pay you back. In swoops Joe and tells you I don't have to pay any more. Happy now no, because your analogy doesn't work. Not being pedantic,
it is simply because a personal loan is not the same as borrowing from the government, in regards to grants and other educational programs. Your analogy only works if I wave that payment, not Biden.
                                ?
Just admit that you are jealous of the fact. It's okay to be jealous, but also remember when you had stilident loans, and your education may have cost barely 5 figures. You were able to hold down a minimum wage job, go to school full-time, and yoir debt didn't cripple you financially. It is the colleges and the financial institutions that jacked up the costs, counter balanced with the companies and businesses not increasing the wage. Which if you look at the big picture of what you need: job, home, amenities just to live, you can't do it when if you have student debt.

Remember, when the regulations on debt, and what you can declare in a bankruptcy where separated, every other form of debt could be waved away, all except student debt. Kinda makes you wonder.

And what I find hilarious is, you are so hellbent against this debt, of how they are taking your money away, yet you are in favor of a person that has filled for bankruptcy7 times, doesn't pay his own debts(whether those cases, or to the state and federal governments, or trump has a list of unpaid halls that he hasn't paid for where he held rallies), and is going to ruin the economy. Yeah, keep talking, people want to know your opinion.
