last time i checked, the nsa gets involved with anything domestic that deals with cryptography or the deconstruction thereof (i.e., breaking donggle locks on high-end cad/design software)

and all government agencies HAVE made a push to focus more energy and effort on the little guy, holding people to the fire to make an example out of them.

i had my phase of digital debauchery (thank god for statues of limitations), so i've looked into the laws quiet deeply.

ok, to get back on topic...i believe that a mod should close/lock this thread because any further help given to this user who has expressed his intent to use said information in the pursuit of both state and federally illegal activities COULD be construed as aiding to a crime, much the same as giving someone a napalm recipe after they tell you it is to burn down an abortion clinic.

well ih he just downloads a crack then hes not actually writting the code it. so the nsa would go after the people that write it. and i think he already said he knows how to get stuff so no one needs to help him on that.... anyway galligeratwar, i already told you. autodesk inventor if you want a technical program or 3dsmax, softimage, or maya if you just want a 3d program
and if i remember correctly you are allowed to write any sort of encrypted code you want as long as you dont take it or send it out of the country. as for decrypting something... im not sure on that, but again, when you crack a program you are just editing it and thats a violation of the EULA (but not in all cases, usually just stuff for windows and macs and im not sure of the penalty for violating it) and who actually reads the whole EULA before they click "ok i agree"

well since your not going to pay, get inventor and 3dsmax. inventor is good because you can measure yours and design it that way. however inventor is sort of mechanical so if you want to make crazy designs 3dsmax would be better

I am disgusted by the things people try and say to justify theft. You are sharing? You have to be kidding me. If you buy a case of paintballs then someone steals it and hands out a hundred balls to 20 of their friends does that make it okay that they stole it from you in the first place? Your ethics disgust me. If a junkie stole your toys and then handed them around to others I guess that would be ok huh?

Who are you to say that they have enough money? What If I thought you had enough money so came in and took 20% out of your (or your parents pay packets?) don't you think they would get pissed pretty quickly?

You can't justify your theft. So do not boast about it or come here asking for aid.

If you wanted to know what software to learn or how to learn it or how to get student packages I would be all over trying to help you as it is a great proffesion to be in. But if you come here asking about advice to do with criminal activities that do affect me personally then you'd better believe I will point out the error of your ways.

I stand by my comments that thieves are the lowest life forms. Just because you can't see who you are stealing from doesn't make it ok.

It's not off topic. It's about your intentions to use stolen products. You are posting about your intentions here, so it is very much on topic.

Trying to tell me to shut up because you don't like me pointing out the truth about your illegal actions is not likely to work now is it

If you can't live with the truth about what you are doing, then don't do it. Problem solved. Until then you are handling stolen property and aiding criminal activities. I hope at some point the relevance of such actions will click.
