    Neat Progies

Welp While in IRC I was telling people about some of the rather intresting software I have collected over the years and I have a few that I think really kick some mondo butt.

Sound Control Plus This is a cool little progie that gives you GLOBAL hot keys for Winamp Windows Mixer, Play List and the like. The nice thing is you assign the keys you want to use to control the apps. This way you don't need Winamp as the focus to control it and you just have the playlist editer showing you the song thats playing.

next up is TClockEx This Progie kinda changes your System trays clock settings, showing Day, Month, Year and time in what ever format you want. I like it a lot. I dont bother with some of it's other functions. Here is how mine looks

Now this program is something I was begging several of my friends that program to make and well someone ( not my friends ) finally made it. It's called TrueSoft what this does is allow you to make popup on your quick launch bar that act just like the icons in your quick lauch bar, 1 click to run. Allows you to neaten up yur desktop for quick access to stuff and allows catagories and you can name them and assign icons to them. Nice program, never had a probelm with the version I am running now.

Another something that is usefull for WinAmp is a plug in called FindIT! 2.0 Help finding a song if you have a massive playlist Read and download.

Something else, if you have Winamp 3, there is a skin called CornerAmp and Static Corner Amp These are awsome if you set up the skin as traspatent alway on top then its over what your working on in a corner, you can see through it and still hve access to the Player. I personally prefer the SCP control but this is a nice way to get the same kind of effect.

Last for tonight I belive is CoolMon This puts your system info on your desk top. Here is a small pic. I think you get the idea.

Anyway I hope you enjoy these as much as I have. I might list some of my icon editors stuff and Mpeg and AVI tools down the road.
