My *new* $25 toy

I just bought a 1986/7 Kawasaki Ninja 250R! The price reflects a broken windshield, broken mirrors, and a mangled seat, but, for $25 you can't go wrong!! Does anyone know where I can find parts for this bike? I REALLY want to get it up and running, not to mention looking good!

check ebay, thats where I found parts for a vintage bike that I had. You might get lucky

whoops, I forgot to say. Try calling up Kawasaki and see if they still stock the parts, then you should be able to get them through a dealer.

the previous owner took a little tumble; which resulted in both a broken leg and arm. The wife said it had to go, so he hooked me up!

Get this, the little magician red lines at, 15,000RPM!! AND, it's a four stroke.

When I had my bike I did a lot of searching on the net and found several "bike only wrecking yards"
Do a web search and you should find what you need.

no, it's my 3rd bike. I have an 85' Magna and an 02' YZ426. Hey, if all else fails, I'll strip it and sell the parts on ebay and make a few hundred dollars.
