My generation is too lazy to be rebellious. -
It's a competition done by children of a higher thinking order (or just creative) by many schools across the nation. I practiced for it but never went.
It involves quick thinking activities, both team and individual... as well as creativity in building things. Such as a tower that will support blahdblah at blahdblah height out of toothpicks.
It was fun, but I was so much smarter than everyone else they never understood the connections i'd make on questions such as:
Teacher: "what's the last thing you wanna hear aboard a cruise ship?"
Me: "Welcome aboard the Poseidon"
Class: "huh what was that P word?"
