Minimizing a window...is there a keyboard shortcut?

I have Trillian (www.trillian.cc) it's for like ICQ and whatnot, but it's annoying to have to move the mouse alot to minimize the windows. Is there a shortcut that is a series of keys on windows 98 2nd ed.? Something like CRTL+M or something like that. Is there any way I can make my computer do that?

If you have a "Windows" key on your keyboard, you can use Windows+M to minimize all open windows and send you to a blank desktop. This is the same as the "Show Desktop" icon that appears on the Quick Launch bar in Windows 2000.

I'm not sure of a way to minimize just one window, though.
