bad ebay auction

I recently ordered a pmi nitro tank from a ebay user , pb gear. so far it has been around a month and he still has not contacted me. I have already mailed in my money to him, but, he has changed his email adress and has made no attempt to contact me.i want to get the tank, but i have no idea how to contact him(other than sending him a letter to the adress that i sent my money into)if you haveany suggestion about what i should do. please post a reply

I told my mom about your problem.She was pretty mad,and thinks you should go to the police and tell them your problem,or contact the officials at Ebay.Yes this is mail fraud.

File a report with ebay. They do have dispute-resolution people and they do a decent job.

How did you pay? If you paid with a money order (especially a USPS one) you can file a claim to get your money back. If you wrote a check, see if you can stop payment on that check. If you used a credit card, dispute the charge.

If it's a check you could cancel the check.

A cashier's check is similar to a money order so you should be able to file for mail fraud.

I think I would do that if I were you,but give it till Thursday before you take action.Or you could be nice to him for awhile by sending him nice e-mails.Then when he thinks your his friend,"WHAM! the old fork in the eye".
