Method Of Destruction: He just tries to be as evil as possible.

Charles, the creepy kid with the dome-head, claims to be The Tick's arch-enemy though the big blue beacon of justice denies this. Charles removed the top of his skull and replaced it with a glass dome to show off his evil though spouting enlarged brain. Quirky little dickens! He tried to crash the moon into the earth, but was foiled by the Tick, Arthur and his parents. Charles used his nanny to construct the Mad Nanny robot which he used to wreck destruction and to capture the Tick. He also turned the Tick into a small, blue, two-headed, high-school French speaking bird! He then tried to auction him off to the higgest bidding villian. The other superheroes managed to rescue him and he was severly chastised.
