I have a question regarding insurance on shipping items. Do you need a receipt if you are to make a claim on an item for either UPS or USPS? I'm not making a claim, but I need to know as I don't have a receipt for an item I may be shipping and in the event of needing to make a claim I need to know. So if you know the answer for sure, help is appreciated. Thanks!
