    silly MA environmental laws

ok, i just got a enw dirtbike, CR125, and i go to register it, (like any good boy should do ) And they said that they cant register 2 strokes because of emmisons and sound levels.. but yet my friend hashis RM125 registered and it is indeeda 2 stoke.

does anyone know if this is true? MA is starting to get on my nerves..

That sounds about right. I don't know the laws in MA, but when I was in CA, any new two stroke bike could only get a certain type of sticker and only be operated on certain days of the year.(due to emissions) If you bike was older it was exempt and could be operated any time of the year. Sucks, but that's the law.

      i hate environmental policy crap

dirtbikes are having 0 impact on global warming (which i must question if its happening at all considering consistent new reports comming out that the media refuses to cover because everyone has excepted global warming as fact because its getting a little warmer dispite less than 75 years of actual temperature data and we may very well be in a natural cycle of rising and lowering global temperatures but that doesnt stop the nuts in your local government from trying to get themselves reelected on your fellow citizens ignorance)
