    Need graphics card advice.

    Ok.

    Geforce4 ti 4400 vs. 4600

Is the 4600 really worth an extra hundred bucks?

    PNY vs Visiontek?

    Is there any real difference?

    poor old me with a G3 ti500
but if i were in that situation, i would go for the 4400, $100 is worth more thanany noticable difference.
my comp, it was either a 1.8ghz, or 2.0 for a couple hundred more, so, if you have money to burn and feel you need it, i would go for it. but if youre like me, pocket the 100, and spend it on other hobbies =)

      yea that's what I'm thinking.

      PNY or Visionek?

I seriously don't think it matters but another opinion never hurts

I haven't kept up with the graphics cards of late, but you should look around sites and forums at arstechnica.com or anandtech.com Arstechnica's forums are great sources for help and info, and although I don't have much experience with them I've heard the same for anandtech's forums.
