I better have some woodchucks left when I come back, other wise I'm gonna be kicking your butt back to NC. Now for a problem (to which I'm going to blame you). I was playing with my mag at the field today (w/ the new raised P/F body that [B]YOU[B] helped me to put onto the gun) and after about 600- 700 rounds the gun started to chop like a mofo. I mean it would get a chop then two or 3 shots (just enough to clear the barrel) then I would get another chop. I checked the feed, nubbin (went back to the wire thinking maybe the plastic one was cutting it), the bolt wasn't rough or anything, so what the hell happened to it. I was firing great early in the day, then it just went to hell. Thank God I had "ol' reliable" with me as a back up. SO help me out here. You're a self proclaimed Mag-Man.

You are the one that put the thing on...and has far as the chopping goes...got two words for yea...short stroking.....its not you manly parts your dealing with its a Mag so dont short stroke it ........but any who...bring it back over next time you come, and we will have a lookie at it...

I don't think that's it... I was only firing about 2 shots per second, and I didn't get the typical burpping/short stroke sound that I get when I do short stroke it. So then Einstein, what else might it be. Do you think I may have just hit a small section of bad paint? Cuz I busted a few in the Tippy as well, but not nearly as many as I did with my mag. LMK... I'll probably be over next weekend if I can weasel my way out of the constuction project at the house.

Okay man...yea that could have been the problame. The paint coul of had dempls(SP?) in it, or it could have been old pant, and I take it that it was field pant as well...so yea more than likely since you where shotting that slow it was the pant.

Also on your location, make sure you have the city's name spelled correctly (sterling heights)...

I'll also bring some of the left over paint so you can look at it, and see if it may have been the problem.

No need to, I did Tk's drop test on 15 balls and all except 2 of them were a 1, the other 2 were a 2. So I think that answered my question. Crappy paint.

Yup bad paint does it everytime...but thats what you get with most field paint...well most field paint I have ever used....if your comeing over tonight....I got this famiy thing at Rachel's mom's so come over there and get me....pleas!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't want to hear that crap. I'm a friggin' mailman. I'm outside 6 days a week, as much as 6-9 hours a day no matter what the weather... If the weather get's bad for you, you get to close up shop and call it a day. So don't feed me that B.S. about being outside enough during the week cuz I'm not buying it.
