Hey, there is a ton of great books out there. There is one by a street magician, but I forget his name. But the title is something like "street magic up close". It is by far the best close up magic resource out there. Good luck! -

I used to love magic. I mostely did coin and card, but then I just stoped doing it, no one to show it to. I job shadowed a magician once for 7th grade, that was alot of fun. He showed me how to do an amazing card trick. It never fails to confuse people. I'm best with cards. PM me if you want and I'll explain some tricks.Comment

Well, I want to try to master the hotrod (my presentation is less than believable right now). I think I might be intrerested more in card magic than coin magic (that's my roomate's deal), so I'll shoot you a PM. Of course, if I learn card magic, I'll never be able to be a dealer at Mohegan Sun.

I can make my arm go around in a complete circle like David Blaine. I can also make a coin disappear into my forearm. But, that's about it.
When I went to Vegas, we went to a couple of magic shows that were really awesome! Did you watch that show where they gave away some of the magicians secrets?
By the way, Shatner is Supreme....just had to get that in there.

Yeah, I saw some of that show. It was pretty cool. My roomate is trying to help me out with the hotrod, and with some basic coin magic.
