The payphones are a little lower, and there's space next to them to pull along side of them, roll down your window, and use the phone without getting out of the car.

better than standing in it. besides, that's not such a big pot hole, come visit michigan during spring. like tato said, those are common. and they had to start making pay phones available from your car, cause everybody kept getting held up around here.
