That would be DOUGLAS ALBERT MUNRO, Signalman First Class, U.S. Coast Guard, who was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor (posthumosly) for his leadership and valor in evacuating a marine landing party from Point Cruz, Guadalcanal, on 27 September 1942
