The term used for supersonic without use of afterburners is "supercruise".

As for "production" military aircraft, at this time that would be none, as the F-22 is still in the pre-production status with only 4 built so far, all used for various aspects of flight testing.

This may have changed, so I'm not 100% sure of the current status of the program.
