Incorrect time on the server?

Incorrect time on the server?

OK, I am just enough of a geek to notice this. The time on the server is off by an hour, the central time zone is now +5 from UCT time not +6, that is unless ya'll do not adjust it for daylight saving time?

Oh yeah and by the way your slow by about 6 minutes either way.
