Redneck Windows site...

Anyone remember that thing(dont remember if it was a site, animation, or a pic) with the windows chopped up and everything was in red neck language, like explorer says "Thingy that lets ya look at stuff" and the recycal bin was "where u put stuff u dont want no more" and stuff like that. It was funny and I want to show my dad, anyone know the URL or even what im takling about?
