what is it good for? it just gets stuck and causes warning messages from Rob to pop up....I think I'm going to use a "DEL" key on my "CAPS" I don't intend to CAP anyone anyway

IT IS GOOD FOR WRITING LIKE THIS (TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE SHOUTING, GREAT FOR ONLINE ARGUMENTS) ALSO IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO CAPITALIZE OR SPELL FOR THAT MATTER IT HELPS.

In typing class we used it for NYPD AYSO abreviations, it helped speed things up.

Or you can get a nice keyboard like the Microsoft Internet Keyboard, which will allow you to turn off keys like Caps lock and that annoying "Windows Key". $15-20 at your local computer shop.

You people use CAPS LOCK when you are yelling at someone? I cannot use caps locks, it feels pointless, if im really mad at someone I need my pinky resting on that trusty SHIFT key, just to let myself know how very mad i am. Its rather strange.

yeah shift works better because caps doesnt do things like if im typing like this: IM GOING TO THE STORE WITH 44.00. what i was attempting to type was IM GOING TO THE STORE WITH $4.00. but it got meesed up cuz of caps so caps its worthless and i want to destroy the damn window button because it crashes all my games when i hit it by accident and i have my use key right next to it(its the alt button)

Yep, same here, when im playing Counter Strike, my ctrl key is crouch. If i need to crouch and accidentally hit the stupid windows key, i get minimized, then lose sound, and once you lose sound, well theres no point to playing CS.

Easy solution..and its free....I just removed my windows key and my caps lock. When I try using caps lock...I always seem to make things I want uppercase seem to comeout lowercase and vice versa, I know the feeling you guys get playing CS and the windows key crashes the sound. For a while..I thought it was only me that happened to. Guess not. Anyway..I removed my pointless "window" key, for that reason. If I need to use it..I can still press the switch for it.. it's just my finger doesn't feel anything there, so I don't inadvertently press it Peasch!

I'd usually write in CAPS just so it stands out.
Not cause im yelling, just so it draws your eyes to the sentence LIKE ITS REALLY IMPORTANT OR SOMETHING.

It only annoys me when I am playing D2 and i hit instead of ALT and miss a good item or I am typing and it goes like this.


"hELLO dAN" and it looks dumb
