hey i got this game last night and been trying to play all day

its a free game made by the army, its really cool to play but theres a few problems with servers(they didnt expect over 2000 people to be trying to qualify)

so now its impossible to get beyond training because so many accounts were made it overflowed the server and even if you get in a server and pass the last training mission(this one you HAVE to do online ) it wont record that you did it and let you do regular missions.

now i got onto a private server and the game is simply awesome

Hey, don't worry about the servers being down. They'll get more And don't forget, the version you downloaded is a beta test. They haven't perfected the game yet.

I can't wait for the game to be finished and mailed to me.

impossible to beat training right now at least the last stage

im a sharpshooter butt not an expert cuz it randomly misses for me

yeah theres a massive overlaod on the servers from dopes pinging constantly

if anyone here has the game and has a nice connection you should make a server and give us the ip and we could have an ao play together(maybe practice mout for a bit so we can qualify when it gets to the point of where we can get on a server)

They have what basically amounts to a beta test version available for download. I've heard it's something like 200 megs so its pretty much for high speed internet only.

However, when the game is completed, the Army will mail it to anyone that wants it. In fact, it will be a two part game. The first part is called "Soldiers", it's alot like "The Sims". You put your soldier through Basic Training, then infantry training, the a specialties school (Airborn, Sniper, SF, ect.ect.)

The beauty of America's Army is that you can transfer that soldier to the game "Operations", which is the going to be the FPS that you can download now.
