Yeah, some advice... When you draw a wink make it look like a wink. lol, It's hard to explain how to draw it but it'll turn out better. Also, when you do hair, don't just have shadowing sources, have light also, and smudge the shadow out so it looks more like strands.
Also, her skin had no dimention. A person's body is round. You need to round it out more by adding shadow and light.
