Come on you sissies, 50, bah, I do 100 regular, 75 fingertip, in a row. I weigh 135, bench 170. But I started low. I did like 10 fingertips to start, and have been doing them for a year. Also, run like 1.5 miles three times a week, you'll get in better shape. And HIT THE GYM. I go Mon, Wed, Fri, to lift, do legs and upper body, plus 150 crunches two sets and 120 v-ups two sets every day. Plus stretch, then I run tues, thur, sat, then fingertips tues, thur, sat. Yeah, do that, in shape.
