look, i saw the picture and it wasn't that bad. if you would just understand the base of the picture then it wouldn't be bad at all. the penguin symboilzies Linux and the devil guy symbolizies FreeBSD. FreeBSD is better then Linux, therefore owns it in modern terms. well i'm just laying that down and hopefully that will give you some more understanding. A 5 day ban would be excessive punishment, but an IP ban for life isn't cuu. if you want not one ounce of reality, go turn on PBS kids and watch sesemie street (sp?)

I've posted a picture of me doing something similar to Jon Comprado in a joking manner, and other people have posted the same picture, many times. True, it got removed once (I still dont know why) but I don't see it as ban-worthy.

A little bawdy, yes, but not pornographic. Definitely no worse than PG-13

His was more a repeated violation issue. I mean sheesh! Time after time after time after..well...you can see where I am going. He has been temp banned several times and warned and warned and warned and...here we go again...so finaly its just not worth it for one member to be so disruptive and rude and incosiderate for us to have to baby sit him. Let his parents do that. he is not mature enough to be around here and so its with some sadness I just give up!
