I can't get a freakin JOB!

Yo ive been applyin to so many places but still can't get a job for the summer!! Does anybody know where I can find out who is hiring or have any other advice?


PS if you actually know where I can get a job in the cherry hill, NJ area, that would be *****in.

It's called manual labor, charge a cheep hourly rate and go door to door asking if they need anything done around the house, I know it ain't minimum wage but it's better than waiting around for a minimum wage job...

It's what I do, and I've made 250-300 in the last week. One thing though- It does require hard work, and dedication.

I'd rather not do door to door... Had some bad experiences because there is just usually a lack of demand for that kind of work because most people already have others lined up to do the work or do it themselves.

why not mcdonalds its a job and it pays.... its hard to find a FUN job so take the job yoy can get and if yoyu do find a fun job good job......no pun intened

I am 16 but still no luck. Is there a way I can find out who is hiring?

Bite the bullet and work at McDonalds man, or work harder to get a job. I had to work really hard to get my job... jut find a place you think looks like it needs help and TELL the manager FACE TO FACE how you can be of assistance to them and how you will earn your paycheck.

And don't even think about applying and not following up. Most places never call, they just wait for the people who have the guts to call back 2 weeks later and follow up on their app.

And those people realize that your 16 (just like me) and have no job experience.

Just work at some fast food place, and while you work there, you can go job hunting.

Look in the white pages for phone jobs. Like in my town, theres 3, they got humungous buildings, and if your 16, it's like guaranteed you can get a job. But it's boring. theres the opinion research corporation, infonxx(place you call when you dial *82) and some credit card place. They each give $8 an hour starting pay, but the jobs are pretty tedious.
