Calling all Photoshop Experts!!!

I need some help from the photoshop gods. My dad and I are makeing an information board for our 1967 427 Tri-Power Corvette, to tote around from car show to car show which will have all the pertinent information about the car, how rare it is, etc etc. So, for the board, we will have 4 different pics of the car. But we want one to be the main focus.

Well, I was wondering if someone who is skilled in photoshop could make some kind of American Flag background thing for the picture I posted below. Like have a wavy flag or something that will highlight the car. Whatever you think looks best. I know it's not the best picture but it will do. We would greatly appreciate it, and thanks in advance!
