i agree with rightsidefight, magman that was an extremly stupid comment, "all punks are posers"? youve gotta be kidding, i dont even know where to start pointing out whats wrong with that statement. and "I guess that is punk in canada....", i dont know if youve ever been to Canada but i live in BC, and ive spent a considerable amount of time in the US, and i can definitaly say that the US has MUCH more posers than Canada will ever have.

She is extremely hot. She definately has eyes that can lead to killing people, and yes...the music isn't that great. But I just noticed something, everyone is putting everyone else because they are trying to be punk. magman is making himself sound like he invented it...

Let people wear what they want, really. A girl in my school used to come to school with the freakiest and weirdest clothes on in the world, and we all thought she was on crack and real skeetish. She read a speech out to alot of the students and parents of the school on how her and some of her friends dress, and it was astonishingly good. She said that the reason they wear those clothes is because it makes them happy about themselves, they don't want to wear what everyone else wears just because it's cool. When you look at it, we all really do wear alot of our clothes because it's the style. Most of us wouldn't walk outside our closet with gothic clothes on.

As for the Canadian joke. I am really getting sick of some of the stuff I hear around here, and I think it should be enforced much more. Do you know how much that offends some people, including myself magman? I don't find that one bit funny that you would put down an entire COUNTRY about a female singer? It really doesn't make sense, WE LIVE THE SAME. Trust me...most Americans that haven't traveled here get a whole different thought of what it's really like up here. I NEVER see Canadian's putting down American citzens, maybe some of the old fogey's will mutter about the President, but they are old and useless anyway . Cracking a Canada joke is in my opinion, quite a political comment, and stirs up alot of contreversey EVERYTIME it happens, so guys, be nice to your Canadian friends, they aren't much different from you.

That's the sprit, just push it away, works everytime. Although it's not your fault, I shoudn't have to "live with it". Say I was black, should I be subject to "live" with racist comments and actions? No, there are laws against it, and I can gaurentee you that when those laws were placed that the racism dropped dramatically. I know that making fun of another country's people isn't as bad as racial slurs, but it sure pisses people off.
