I am attempting to install my Philips Rush mp3 soft ware, and it says Im missing a .DLL file, which I have no clue what that is. I just wiped out my computer with the HP recovery disk, and it says Im still missing it. It uses Real Jukebox(Real Joke box). When I open that program up to export files to my player, it either freezes(dont give me that throw a blanket on it line...), or it will say "A required .Dll file is not found". SOMONE HELP ME!!!!! Im going to toss my computer out the window!
