Cant get any sound....HELP!!!

Im trying to watch some TV shows that I downloaded, but I cant hear anything. When I check under the properties of the file, it has listed Audio Codec Unknown. Is there any place where I can download a special codec or all codecs? I really want to see these shows. I have almost all the shows (22 episodes of Angel - Season 1) and about 7 of them are with this unknown audio codec. The rest work fine. Im on Windows XP and use Windows Media Player. (I have Divsx installed, with proper codecs, but still no dice. Plus, every time I start it on WMP, it starts looking for a codec, and then nothing downloads. )

Try using realplayer(which i hate) or the Divx player from the official Divx codec site(i dont know what that is)...
WMP never works right for me with DIVX

Yea, I've tried both (4 in total, counting Quicktime) programs and none of them can get the sound. Im thinking that I need to download a codec, but I dont no where, or how to install it.

It might be some unheard of codec. Are all the files of the same type? Like of the same origin (same ripper?) cause then it might be a mistake in the rip. If they are DIFFERENT formats then you have a problem. Whats the file type? Like .mpg or whatever (ex. angel-1-22.mpg)

They are Mpegs, and I have no idea who the ripper was. I got them off Kazaa, so god nos. Ive tried them on 4 different players and nothing. I would usually just download another version, but these are the only ones there. Cant figure it out for the life of me.
