Yes, looks cool.. BUT it gets annoying after the second cycle through.
It takes away from reading by pulling your eye away from the text. So, for me, it is counter productive.... more annoying than cool. (My Wife strongly agrees.

LOL No, it is not like that.
She just happened to look over my shoulder. It is a nice GIF (one that is easy to make, but visually eye catching)... but because of its action and motion it becomes more of a distraction than an adornment or accent to a post.
But hey, I am NOT saying to NOT use it. LOL I know how repetitive movements amaze some people.
