Any free(monthly) online RPG's?

I want to try a good online RPG but they all charge like $10 a month to play, that sux, are there any that you don't have to pay for?

Ya, but I just don't like having to pay $40-60 on a game then have to pay a monthly fee, I mean, thats sooo gay(can we say gay on here?) I don't remember having to pay a fee for half life or counterstrike(hmmm, i wonder why its the most popular online game today :) )

yeah but with counterstrike you go on and play the same game again and again, with MMORPGs you are looking at what can be a different experience every time....

The content, tweaking and customer support these games take in comparison to a FPS is untrue, you are paying for that support with your $10 a month....

You cannot compare Counterstrike and MMORPGs as online games ... they are totally different animals
