Linkin Park, New vs Old

As most of you who listen to Linkin Park probably know that they redid there songs. Personally I like the old songs better, just want to know what you peoples think.

I like the old songs better too. Love the old cd and got the new one a couple of weeks ago and was so dissapointed. Maybe they'll grow on me though.

I liked Linkin Park when they were a rock band... now it just seems that they are Techno... I do like the video for the pts. of athrty or whatever the hell its called...

But I downloaded a few of the other songs, and they just SUCK!! When the guy is rapping, there is no rhythm, just like he found words that rhyme, and tossed them in there randomly...

But that's just me...

Guys, the new CD, re-animated, is NOT done by linkin park. The songs are all remixes by other bands... That is assuming there's not another cd that I don't know about.

if i had to choose between the 2 i would say old but either way they are tools and i dont like listening to them

i almost spazzed when my history teacher tried to compare them with rage and SOAD

Linkin park used to be on the rock station here all the time. Then after a while they stopped playing it often, like they do with all songs when they get older. All of a sudden Z-100 which plays I don't know how to describe it music started playing the songs. And alot of other stations like it picked it up, a few months later this came out.

the new cd is all (well mostly anyway) remixes. hence the title "reanimation." i like them both. some of the songs i liked better originally. some of them i like the remixes. i especially like one of the few original tracks on reanimation "MY<DSMBR" ("my december" for those of you who can't figure it out :P). anyway that's my opinion. they're very different cd's but they're both good.

ok, heres my take

Linkin Park is a load of sell outs. They practically released every song on that damn first cd, and that really sucked. their first hit was cool, it was all SHUT WHEN IM TALKIN TO YOU and stuff, i was like coo, then the rest of the stuff sucked.

They were much better as hybrid theory (what they were called before linkin park) thats my whole take. I dont like em. I like Rage, Soad, Incubus, greenday.. too many to freekin list
