yeah my truck gets crappy gas mileage and the seats aren't so hot.
when you kept telling me purply i was thinkin PURPLY but its really not so giantly purple. I think the color looks pretty good.

i know....i saw another one driving from abotu 1/8 mile away and it didn't look very purple...i'm thinking of takin off the purple sport stripe on the side cuz that accents the purple alot.
and yes....the seats are very comfy, nice hvac, all in all a very nice car.....and for my first one (and it being free for me other then gas) i like itComment

Neon rocks! hehe My second car was a Highline sedan (4 door). Only problem I had with it is theres no doorframe around the windows, after about 2 years, they started to rattle when I'd go fast. And considering I'm 6'4" I had room in the front. Not exactly the fastest car but hey, it got me where I was going. Well until I got rear-ended, then the thing folded like an accordian
I'm assuming it's used? If so then check the breaks, plymouth manufactured their brake pads upside down in the mold, and when they were removed from the molds there were little bubbles of air trapped on the inside. When the breaks were worn down the whole disc would be pitted. Sounded like they were rubbing metal on metal..really nasty thing. Also my alternator went out after about 40k miles, the guy at the dealership told me that was common, so I dunno. I didn't have the car too much after that to find out anything else wrong.
It gets ya where you want to go, so don't let anyone tell ya otherwise

yep....got new brakes and a whole new engine in it (40k on it)
and yea it's used ($2800)
because this is a sohc it is all low end and tops out around 95 mph but i won't be racing much and won't be needing to go any faster....
my first standard car so i'm still learning to drive stick
and hell yea that pisses me off...nothing around the window so it rattles and stuff....i'm scared i'll pull or push it sometime and break off the window lol
and thanks for sharing that if i ever crash i'll have a pancake to take pictures of.Comment

Hehe it's purple, jk. It kinda looks pewter even (tell your friends that, lol). It's not a bad car, especially if your parents or whoever gave it to you. Better than nothing. And it's got enough space for you to take friends around also if you wanted.

Whoa...first car AND AC? My first two cars didn't have AC, and yes it sucked sitting on GA 400 in rush hour traffic sweating like a pig looking at rich folks in their BMW's and other fancy cars looking all cozy. Color? I'd say something goofy like "man-purple". It's kind of a wierd color, not saying that's bad. But it's definetly not just purple. Amethyst maybe?

Neons aren't bad...when they first came out the whole "Hi" thing killed it for me..but my boy jason's got a 2dr neon and it gits.. here's a link to a real BAD A$$ neon..runs like 8's in the 1/4 mile check it out.. the first picture is a DOHC 2.4l with 4 throttle body's, makes like 600 hp or something..
