Take the turns slooooooooooooooooooooooooow. Remember, SUV's are top heavy and you will flip over if you are careless. I almost rolled the fork lift at Lowe's on a couple of occasions.

      Oh, and enjoy your car!

Damn, i know from experience that it takes a lot of effort to get close to rolling a forklift. I have been driving them since i was like 10 and i hit sharp turns at full speed and havent had any problems. Oh btw good luck with the car. My parents dont want me to have a car so they wont help me out with one.

I'm dunno much about outdoor forks, but the indoor types CAN'T flip... unless you are trying to lift more then the capasity. Trust me, I've been driving ramonds, crowns, nissan, you name it for 4 years and I'm fast.. that's how you get to do it for 4 years why? Cause there's a regulartion that spells out you can't roll a unladen fork no mattter how fast they run If you can roll them then they have a factory gov'ner built in...

Oh the other hand, I did see a gy drive through a doorway with the forks up...that tipped it right over .. and burried the forks 2 feet into the cement pavement ... talk about getting fired... he got fired and then some !

Is that some law in Florida that you have to wait a year from recieving your learners permit to getting your licenses. My friend here in Alabama got his permit one day and got his license the next.

Well, Ive almost flipped my dads 1954 Clarkson Fork lift. The gas pedal sticks, and theres no brake, and the power steering only works in one direction Talk about cumbersome.

We use a Bobcat (IR) 870 for most lighter loads.

Nah, I have no problem with that truck I love it. Its in great shape, and I got it for $1000, thats one hell of a deal. I may also be getting a 93 blazer as well, for 1000. If i get that, i'm going to pick one, and use the money from the other to cover my damn 3000 a year insurance.
