Ok, heres what I think:
It needs a banner, and I don't think everything on the main page should be to the left. Maybe make buttons, or use frames for the other pages? And the team bios arnt completed. But you have a nice start on it. Need any helps with graphics or whatever let me know(Im not the best but, I can do stuff! check the link in my signature, I do most of the stuff there). Yeah so go you!

Well, here is what I whipped up real quick. I wanted something that was appealing to the eye, yet not TOO complicated. I also know you are at the beginning levels of Web Design and Mastering, so I needed to make a clean layout that will not be too hard for you to update. OMG SHartley, That's pretty slick. Zvanut your page is pretty good but your team members page and team news page only displayed the html code when I viewed them. I'm running netscape 4.61 and windows 95. It looks good though.
