Will someone please make me a sig pic?

I am in desperate need of a sig pic..all i can make for sig pics is w/ ms paint and i cant do too good with that..lol
can someone be so kind to make a pretty cool one? plz plz plz..thank you very much in advance

well its easy to make funny sigs from paint. but pm me and we'll talk.
