    Randy moss and the vikings

Im sorry to all the vikings fans but i have to sound off right now about them....im watching this butt whoppin right now and its sad...45-10 AT THE HALF FOR GODS SACKS...Vikings just take all the guess work out of football. I mean everyone knows that randy moss needs the ball at least 40% of the time. thats why culppepper gets picked off all the time.

Now for randy moss, He broke down crying in his press conference the other day...i dont feel sorry for him at all. Hes making more money in one game then i can ever hope to make in my life. Secondly i strongly believe that he should not recieve preferential treatmen cause hes a football player...he desierves to be in jail right now, not starting in a football game. At the begining of the game the camera mann was scanning the camera across the vikings bench and when it got to moss, randy put his hand over the camera and shoved it away. You could also hear him swearing. Just another example of how ungrateful he is.

I used to like Randy and the Vikings. they were good. sadly to say ive lost all respect for randy and the vikings. oh randy just scored a TD and everone at the game was booing very loudly..and rightfully so. Think im done, i just needed to say how much i am disapointed with randy moss.

Funny how everyone knows he's guilty, were you there, do you know both sides? How can you convict him before there's even been any sort of trial? How is he getting preferential treatment? did he get his own jail cell for the evening? is that what you mean?

Tell me this, if you had just been arrested, then surrounded by camera's and harassed every moment you stepped outside of your house for a solid week. Then when you went to work another camera was pressed in your face as you were trying to do your job would you not be pissed? What is he ungrateful about? Getting paid and not dealing with all the bull that's floating around him?

I in no way condone his actions, which as of now all we know of is going the wrong way down a one way street. From ESPN.com "Moss spent Tuesday night in jail and later was charged with careless driving and failure to obey a traffic officer. He faces a maximum penalty of 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine on each charge. He will be arraigned Wednesday. The Vikings reportedly will fine him up to $50,000."
Moss has personal problems, none of which I believe should concern any of us(Which I believe holds true for any celebrity.), it should be dealt with by the police or whatever system is in place to deal with it. I will judge Moss on Wednesday when someone more qualified than myself will do it.

I find it very easy to NOT threaten traffic cops with my car on a daily basis.

          Apolgist, I agree FactsOfLife.

How is he getting preferential treatment? Have you ever pushed a traffic officer or cop with your car? Have you ever pushed one normally? Have you ever been an --------- to cop or traffic officer? I have. Was handcuffed and thrown in the back of a cruiser for two hours. For SAYING something, not even threatening or anything. You're trying to tell me that pushing someone with a car, in front of eyewitnesses, and one night in jail isn't preferential treatment. Charged with two misdemeanors? Overlooking the weed found in his vehicle? That's not preferential treatment? Please.

I will judge Moss based on his prior actions (Ever wonder why he was drafted so low? Ever wonder why he walked on at Marshall?) and his current actions. Qualifications of a judge mean little.

well its interesting to get everyones view on this subject, but honestly we all have the right to judge him by his actions. as others in here have said, the laws are not impossible to follow. It doesnt matter if we like it or not, randy moss is a role model to some child out there and those kids see that "hey hes a football star and the things that he is doing is fine". i mean he HAD marijuana in the car, there is no doubt about that, and people see him not just playing but STARTING in a football game only a few nights later. Now i want someone to tell me that they wouldnt end up in jail for more than one night if they were to have been caught with drugs in the car. that my friend is what i call preferential treatment.

by the way littmag...no i wasnt there but others were. i have watched sports broadcasts and they have said what other people saw. Plus its all about a persons reputation..boy who crys wolf for example..he cried wolf so many times no one believed him anymore. In this case randy moss has been in trouble so many times that you have to suspect that he is guilty...like i said its all about what you've done in the past.

Just to add on randy moss is a professional football player yes, he is in the eyes of the public every day. yes, he does need a bit of privacy but you and i know that that is the life of a famous person. shoot if someone pays me randy moss' salary i will gladely stand in front of a camera...unfortunatly no one wants to see me
