    I can levitate

Nuff said, sorry about the webcam quality, it doesn't zoom in or out, but I swear there's nothing lifting me, everything you see is real, there's nothing but me.

Not bad... A little shoddy on the camera angle, and you moved your right foot a little coming down....

For those that don't know, watch the right foot.

Note that you don't see the ball of the foot (that's the part the toes attach to), that's because he's going up on it. You're not supposed to notice, becuase you're looking at the magically levitating left foot.

            Skill.

That and he knows exactly what the camera can and can't see.

If need be he can switch feet.

I've never seen this trick performed with a 360 degree veiw though.

It's not rotating around him ever. When there are obvious shots of his feet above the ground, it's filmed at another time, notice how when the camera doesn't cut away from him he never is more than a few inches above the ground. When they show him off the ground he's 6 or more inches off. It's camera tricks.

Also, note how he always has his back turned to his audience and camera. I hope to get a more convincing video done, that one was made in march or so.

heheh David Blaine has made an art out of taking basic tricks and making them seem unreal. Quite the showman. People think it's amazing because few people have actually seen GOOD slight of hand, etc.

Yeah, but how many times has he screwed up on film and they cut that part out. If you don't get the angle perfectly on that trick it's easy to spot.

EDIT: Forgot the name, it's called a balducci levitation, I think. Spelling might be wrong.

Trap door under the ice which housed a second person ... they took turns in the ice while the other slept or whatever ...

Also anyone who has done winter survival training knows that its actually not that cold surrounded by ice or snow ... I believe the temp in the center of was like around 40-50 ... not too comfortable for some, but not life threating in anyway.

They would change places while the staff would work on the ice, something about it causing the ice to fog up from external view ... something like that.

Yup.. there have been recorded temperature in igloos reaching into the lower 70's..(it was on OLN on tv) It's also a good idea to water your lawn the night of a hard freeze as then there's a layer of water about 45* in between the blades of grass and the ice. Keeps your lawn from turning brown Anyway... about the magic trick.. haa haaa haaaaaaa..
